Program:
09H00 - We will pick you up at your accommodation place;
10H00 - Arrival and start the activities;
13H30 - Lunch/snack break;
14H00 - Briefing and restart the activities with with hiking around the "Frecha da Mizarela", the highest waterfall in Portugal;
16H00 - End of the activities;
17H00 - Drop off at your accommodation place.

Includes:
Transportation from and to your accommodation place in Porto Metropolitan Area (when requested), qualified instructors, insurance, harness with double lanyard, helmet and offer of the activity images/videos.

- Appropriate clothing to the meteorological conditions
